I went to see The Soloist  yesterday, starring Robert Downey Junior. His acting was exceptional and so was Jamie Foxx's. The movie overall was insightful and touching. It showed that everyone has struggles and pain— but some have greater obstacles than others. It was, however, a little slow-moving and would have been better to see at home on DVD.

Imagine hearing voices in your head; imagine how hard it would be to concentrate on anything, accomplish anything. As Paulo Coelho says, not everyone's cup of suffering is the same size.
